It was an excellent Zero Turn Mower buying experience, very helpful and professional staff made the purchasing process too easy! I am glad that I went with Everglades Equipment instead of some box store leftover.

We needed a key for our tractor at Bass pro shops . Thay had two of them thank God. Very nice people the staff. Had my order ready when I got there. Very professional and clean environment. Kudos.

Very disappointing experience with Everglades Diesel in Miami. I attempted multiple times to purchase genuine John Deere parts, but my orders were consistently rejected simply because my equipment is located outside the United States and my payment method is not a U.S.-issued credit card. There was no effort to provide an alternative solution or accommodate an international customer—just repeated rejections. This raises serious concerns about their customer service and global support mindset. What happens when a customer purchases equipment in the U.S. and later relocates it to another country? Are they expected to have no access to parts? That’s not realistic in today’s global market. For a company dealing with heavy equipment and critical components, this level of rigidity and lack of support is unacceptable. International customers clearly are not a priority here. Would not recommend if you are operating equipment outside the U.S. or trying to source parts internationally. I heard that there is a fine under review because of this situation with international customers….

I’m extremely disappointed with the service. My equipment has been sitting there for more than three months, and every time I ask for an update I receive the same information: "your parts are in back order". There is no clear communication and no estimated completion date. After three months, the equipment is still not repaired, and I’m honestly starting to lose hope that it will ever be finished. I understand that repairs can take time, but this level of delay is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
